Our Service
We pride ourselves on our ‘easy to deal with’ service. We offer a complete suite of services including secure IT Device Disposals, data erasure and destruction, resale for value return and waste electrical (WEEE) disposal. We believe in providing a premium service to our customers and have invested €350,000 in our Client Support Centre to ensure we consistently deliver exemplary customer satisfaction and respond to every customer request within four hours.
Our Local Facilities
We have purpose-designed processing facilities close to Belfast and Dublin to provide complete coverage throughout the island of Ireland. Our head office just outside Belfast is an 18,000 sq. ft. capacity site designed to provide efficient environmental processing within a secure environment. We also have an office in Theale, Berkshire, which enables us to better serve our customer base in Great Britain. Both our facilities have 24/7 manned security on-site, 24/7 monitored alarm system, secure perimeter fencing, swipe card access with time specific lockout and all entrances are secured with locked roller shutters. We welcome customers into our facility at any time and host customer audit teams.

We take your data very seriously which is why all our work is carried out under secure conditions by fully vetted employees. All staff are fully trained in every area of data security with Access NI clearance including BPSS and are also cleared to government Security Clearance level. 60% of staff have been in AMI for 5+ years so you can be rest assured that you will only deal with professional, knowledgeable and courteous people.
